Ugly But Delicious

It ain’t the prettiest sauce, but I finally made the Roasted Tomato Basil Pesto I’d been dreaming about for weeks since seeing the recipe at Oh She Glows. No need to consult the accompanying rave, or should I say glowing (harhar), reviews; I knew this stuff would be good. Because like pretty much all pesto, it’s made of my kind of ingredients. Garlic, basil, almonds, tomatoes. And the mere thought of roasted tomatoes makes me a little weak in the knees.

I had to improvise a bit due to some kitchen limitations, but despite a few minor details I’ll improve upon next time, I absolutely loved the result and I’m so glad I finally gave it a shot.

You know what else I love on a Sunday night? Breaking Bad. Oh. My. God., do I love Breaking Bad.

Lol, thanks! If I’m cooking a lot you know it either means I have too much time on my hands or I’m avoiding doing work :b
